Ashley Hightower, a graduate of UVA, has been in Charlottesville since 2000. She found her home in the kitchen the same year. Her culinary experience ranges from training abroad to positions with several local Charlottesville restaurants including the Clifton Inn and the Ivy Inn. Ashley also worked in the specialty department at Whole Foods in Boulder, CO. She currently complements her business with cooking classes at the Seasonal Cook. In keeping with her active and organic lifestyle, Ashley spends much of her free time cycling and enjoying other outdoor activities
